1. Choose Your Piece

Browse our collections or reach out for a custom design that reflects your unique story.

2. Submit Your Inclusion

Once your orde is placed, we will send you an Inclusion Kit. If you’ve ordered a ring, the kit will include a ring sizer to ensure a perfect fit. The pack will also contain a suitable pot for your inclusion (breast milk, cremation ashes, hair, or fur etc.), along with clear instructions on how to safely send it back to us. Additionally, there will be a form for you to provide your ring size, colour, finish choice, and any other personal details you’d like us to know to ensure your piece is crafted to your exact specifications.

If you’d like your jewellery engraved with letters or words, please include the details at checkout. For fingerprints, handprints, paw prints, or other custom designs, we will contact you directly to discuss how to get the print to us. Engraving is only available on certain items as specified in the product listing.

3. Crafting Your Keepsake
